Arizona HOMES & HEAR Update Webinar
Last week, BPA hosted a webinar to update Arizona energy efficiency contractors on the current status of Home Energy Rebates. With the Governor’s Office of Resiliency being expected to launch the whole-home efficiency rebate program (HOMES) and the full statewide Phase 2 of the electrification rebates (HEAR) program soon, it’s critical for contractors to know details about what these programs entail. Oregon Releases RFP The Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) released an RFP for the implementation of both their HOMES and HEAR programs, which is open through March 5. Details and important documents can be found here.

Rhode Island Pauses HEAR
Due to the current uncertainty on federal funding with the Inflation Reduction Act and the Executive Order issued by the Trump Administration, the Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources (OER) has paused any new applications with the Rhode Island Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) program.
